This is a small garden on a sloping site, constructed with low maintenance and entertaining in mind. Modern materials and furniture give a contemporary look. Provisions were made within the rendered wall for Sky television (IP65 rated television).

A bamboo screen with timber cladding and a little bit of wall art help to focus the eye line within the garden, and disguise the overlooking properties.

A hardwood floating seat was constructed into the wall near to the patio door - somewhere to take an early morning cup of coffee, and listen to the water tumbling through the water feature either side of the steps, which lead up to the main area at the top of the garden, where there is hardwood decking and a seating area with modular seating.
